SUMMARY

Although expats tend to favor the north side Sukhumvit (odd numbers), the even-number area we call “South Sukhumvit” (see BANGKOK PROPERTY MAP) hosts a number of excellent condos and apartments.

Soi 24 is the most densely populated street in the whole center of Bangkok, and comprises a few very high-rise condos.

Most expat properties are located between Soi 16 and 38.
